GrandMaster Jimmy, a 9th Dan Black Belt is an experienced professional with more than 20 years of teaching experience and 40+ years of training.  

You will learn time tested and proven effective methods of self-defense. 

Most importantly, students build confidence in themselves - enabling them to become stronger and better prepared for life's unexpected hurdles!

TAE KWON DO

Tae Kwon Do is time tested system of martial art that focuses on the use of strikes, kicks and blocks, and is known for its forms or katas. 

 

Mr. Jimmy, a 9th Dan GrandMaster in Tae Kwon Do, has been instructing for more than 25 years and a practitioner of the art for more than 45 years.  

Tae Kwon Do training increases confidence, focus, flexibility, strength, fitness and one's overall physical and mental health.
