HAGANAH
CARDIO-KICKBOXING
Our Evening Program of classes operates year round.
Students can enroll anytime into our three systems of martial arts - Tae Kwon Do, Cardio Kickboxing, or Haganah.
We begin all new students with a one month enrollment so they can get on the mat and see how they enjoy the training.
Each system is unique and we encourage anyone interested in training to call or visit our school to speak with the professional staff about the training that occurs in each system and what might be best suited for you.
White Tiger focuses on teaching all students, no matter what martial art they train in, a vast arsenal of strikes, kicks, blocks, joint manipulations and other effective methods of protecting themselves. The HAGANAH system even teaches defenses against knives and guns.
Most importantly - we help all students build fitness and confidence in themselves - helping them become stronger and better prepared for all of life's unexpected hurdles.
ALL EVENING CLASSES HELD BETWEEN 6-9 P.M. AND
SATURDAY MORNINGS 9 A.M. TO 12:30 P.M.
See Class Schedule for Specifics.

HAGANAH
We are this area's only Authorized Training Center for this unique and highly effective system!
HAGANAH is close quarters combative system that is a highly aggressive and effective system created from Israeli Special Forces tactics and developed by Michael L. Kanarek. There is no other system like it. If you are looking for a Self-Defense focused system, which also trains you to defend against knives and guns and just about any scenario...this is the system for you.
HAGANAH uses grappling, joint manipulations, pressures points, throws and locks to defend and restrain attackers. While learning HAGANAH you will also learn MUAY THAI KICKBOXING as part of that system. So you will learn a multitude of strikes and blocks and kicks that can be utilized to strike and defend. .

TAE KWON DO
Learn to utilitze strikes, blocks, kicks, and forms (katas) for self defense. Excellent for developing and increasing strength, balance, flexibility, and overall fitness.
White Tiger teaches traditional (ITF) Tae Kwon Do, and also integrates the use of traditional weapons such as nunchukas, sais, kali sticks, kamas, bo staff and bokken into the students' training. Master Jimmy is also an expert in gun and knife defenses, and once a black belt at our school students will begin training in those defenses as well.
TRY A MONTH AND SEE HOW YOU LIKE IT!
